Who can see my call recordings?

When you have recorded a call with Rippletide, the recording (and its analyses) will appear in the calls page of your account. The visibility of the call will depend on your workspace role.

Workspace library

Call sharing

If you would like to share your calls with other users in your workspace, you can simply share the link of the call with them and they will be able to view it, regardless of their workspace role.

To share a call with an external individual, you can use the Share button just below the call title. This will provide public access to the call recording, transcription, and overview that you can share with your prospects, or any team members who may not have a Rippletide account.

To share just a part of the call, select the time frame you would like to share on the call timeline, and click Share call. The recipient will see only the snippet of the call recording that you have chosen to share, as well as the related transcription and the call overview.
