How to connect your calendar to Rippletide

Method 1: Connecting via your account dashboard

Navigate to the dashboard of your Rippletide account.
Scroll down until you reach the "Recent prospecting calls" section
Select the calendar service you use - we currently offer Google and Microsoft Teams.



Follow the instructions to authorize Rippletide to access your calendar. This typically involves signing in to your calendar account and granting the necessary permissions.

Once connected, your calendar events will start syncing with Rippletide.

Method 2: Connecting via your account settings

Log in to your Rippletide account and go to the settings menu located in the top right corner of the screen.



On the left-hand side, find and click on the "Calendar" section.



Select the calendar service you use.
Follow the instructions to authorize Rippletide to access your calendar. This typically involves signing in to your calendar account and granting the necessary permissions.

Once connected, your calendar events will start syncing with Rippletide.

Having trouble connecting your calendar?

If you're unable to connect your calendar, it may be that your Google or Microsoft Teams company workspace has specific sharing controls in place that restrict Rippletide's ability to connect to your calendar. Please contact your company's calendar admin to grant the necessary permissions.
