Create a training program
Training programs are a fast and easy way for you to distribute training materials on a given topic to the team members of your choice. Learn how to create one in a few simple steps.
To begin with, on the Training programs page of your account, click on Create training program and give your program a name and description. This will indicate to your team members what the training is focused on, and give them context for their learning.
For example, you might want to create a training program to demonstrate the best practices of presenting a new feature in your product during a demo.
The content of your training will be composed of the library highlights of your choice. On this step, you'll be able to navigate through your existing library folders and select the highlights to add to your training program.
If you don't yet have the content you want in your library, you can create highlights from any of your calls to use them in your training programs.
Select as many as you like, then reorder them into the sequence of your choice in the right-hand column.
For example, you might want to create an onboarding sequence to train new team members on the strongest examples of each stage of your playbook.
Select which team members you would like to partake in your training program, choose the deadline you would like to set, then click Enrol selected users.
Once you've enrolled the selected users, they will appear on the right-hand side of the screen, where you can follow their progress. You can enrol more users at any point in the future, and set custom deadlines for each.
For example, for a training program presenting a new feature that's only relevant in a specific market, you might want to enrol only team members working in that market.
Once created, the users you enrolled will be notified that they have been enrolled in a new training program.
You'll be able to preview, edit, and monitor the completion rate of your training programs on your Training programs page. To view completion per team member in more detail, or enrol or unenrol team members, click on any of the values in the Team members enrolled column.
For example, for an existing onboarding training program, you might want to continuously enrol new team members as they arrive in the company, setting a new deadline for each.
