What are the different user roles and permissions within a workspace?

Rippletide offers 3 user roles, each with specific permissions:

Owner: Can view calls and deals of all workspace members. Can view all call analytics data and create training programs. Have full access to all workspace settings.
Manager: Can view calls and deals of all members of their team(s). Can view all call analytics and create training programs. Do not have access to certain workspace settings (billing and CRM integration).
Member: Can view calls and deals of all members of their team(s). Can view global or their own call analytics, but not that of other users. Do not have the ability to create training programs. Do not have access to workspace settings (billing, users, and CRM integration settings).

As an Owner, when you invite users to join your workspace, you have the ability to assign them a specific role. This allows you to control the level of access and permissions each user has within the workspace, ensuring that your team's workflow and security needs are met.

How to schedule a meeting to be recorded with Rippletide

In this guide, we'll walk you through the different ways you can schedule Rippletide to record a meeting.

Option 1: Connect your calendar

To make your meeting recording scheduling as seamless as possible, connect your work calendar to your Rippletide account.

You can connect either your Google or Microsoft Teams calendar directly from your account dashboard, or within the calendar settings of your account, in just a couple of clicks.

Once your calendar is synced, you'll begin to see your upcoming meetings displayed on your account dashboard. Meetings will be recorded by default when they have both:

A video call URL.
At least one external event attendee.

All your calendar events are displayed in your dashboard, and you can choose which ones will be recorded or not.

When the time of the meeting comes, RIppletide will request to join the meeting. All you have to do is accept the request, then let Rippletide do its job!

Option 2: Invite Rippletide's coach to your meetings

Who can see my call recordings?

Accepted Answer

When you have recorded a call with Rippletide, the recording (and its analyses) will appear in the calls page of your account. The visibility of the call will depend on your workspace role.

Workspace roles

Owner

Whose calls can I see? As a workspace Owner, you will see the call history of all workspace members.

Who can see my calls? Your calls will be visible to all Owners of your workspace, and to the other members of your team if you are part of a team. They will not be visible to users who are not in your team.

Manager

Whose calls can I see? As a workspace Manager, you will see the call history of all members of your team(s).

Who can see my calls? Your calls will be visible to the other members of your team and the Owners of your workspace. They will not be visible to users from other teams.

Member

Whose calls can I see? As a workspace Member, you will see your own call history, and are able to view that of the other members of your team. You will not see the calls of users from other teams.

Who can see my calls? Your calls will be visible to the other members of your team, your Manager, and the Owners of your workspace. They will not be visible to users from other teams.

Call highlights saved in your sales training library can be viewed by all workspace users, regardless of their workspace role.
